Chauffeur2You Ltd takes your privacy very seriously and we are committed to protecting it.

All information we hold is covered by the UK Data Protection Legislation, (Acts of 1984 and 1998) and within our own internal security policies.

Chauffeur2You collects information to process bookings only. The information we collect will include your name, address, contact phone number, email address and flight details.

We use secure credit/debit card clearing system which interfaces directly with our bank and we do not hold credit/debit card details on our system during or after the booking has been made.

Chauffeur2You gives you the opportunity to link through to other sites. Once you click through onto another site, our privacy policy no longer applies. We strongly recommend that you read privacy policies for all third party Web sites.

At the time of booking Chauffeur2You will request your email address to email your booking confirmation. We will not email you in the future unless you have consented to us doing so and we will under no circumstances divulge your information to any third parties.

Security Statement

We have taken all reasonable steps to have in place appropriate security measures to protect your information.

All the information you provide for your booking is protected by a secure server. The secure server software SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encrypts all information you enter before it is sent to us.

You can tell our site is secure as a small locked padlock will appear in your browser's address bar. If you have Windows Vista a green box will appear showing that the site has been tested as safe.

We also have a Firewall (security software and computer equipment) in place to protect our internal information from the Internet.

No credit card details are held on our web server after the booking has been completed. We do not hold any credit card information within our company as this is submitted directly to our bank HSBC.
